• Our Customer Support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your request is approved.
• Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return, including all accessories, in their original packaging.
• Clearly write the provided RAN on the outside of the package.

• For orders paid by credit card or debit card, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
• For orders paid by other means (e.g., cash on delivery or bank transfer), our team will coordinate with you to process the refund.
